Individual Therapy
The therapy room is a unique space that most of us don’t organically have in our lives; a place where we are heard, not judged, and allowed to feel everything we’ve been pushing down.
Maybe you’re always asking yourself, “why am I like this?”
Or maybe you’ve found the answers, learned the skills, and yet feel stuck between knowing and doing. Something is keeping you where you are and you just want to move past it.
The truth is that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. It takes careful assessment, a strong therapeutic relationship, and time for the work to happen. Therapy is not something I do to you. It is a journey we go on together.
The work happens when you feel safe in the room. This means we go at your pace, never pushing you to talk about something you are not ready for, and always checking in to make sure you know what we are doing, why, and have every opportunity to change direction.
