Meet Your Therapist
Sukhi Sidhu
Founder and Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying)
My own journey with mental health and as a mental health professional has taught me one core fact: Mental illness is isolating.
Everyone’s experience is different, however the loneliness appears to be a common denominator. When I decided to open my own private practice, I knew that I did not want to sugar coat the suffering that comes with mental health challenges.
With a background in mental health crisis, youth work, working with neurodivergence and culturally diverse families, I've learned the importance of human connection and tailoring my work to your unique needs and values.
Whether its family conflict, generation and culture gaps, or parenting your parents, I strive to create a non-judgmental and culturally appropriate experience that understands your values.
I also work with those struggling with depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and intense emotion dysregulation. Prioritizing safety and stability, I strive to help you feel less alone.
If you are struggling with trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety and anger, I strive to meet you with compassion and empathy to help you regain control of your life.
I offer sessions with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
If it sounds like we might be a good fit, contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to get the journey started!
