Couples Therapy
Often, partners are speaking a different language and struggle to understand the other or express themselves. This can result in conflict, heightened emotions, and feeling unloved and unheard.
Sometimes, couples have challenges such as cultural differences, family conflict, differing values, and/or infidelity which can make it even more exhausting to “fix” things on your own.
Utilizing an approach informed by EFT, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and solution-focused therapy, the therapist works with the relationship instead of individual partners.
